Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall factory performance across output, quality, delivery, and operational efficiency.
  • •Provide leadership, coaching, and development to Value Stream Managers and their teams.
  • •Align manufacturing execution with supply chain priorities and customer commitments, ensuring effective production planning and sequencing across value streams.
  • •Promote continuous improvement using lean methodologies and structured problem-solving to drive equipment reliability, uptime, and manufacturing process improvements.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams, and manage inventory and workflow to optimize throughput and reduce delays.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience leading manufacturing or operations teams in a production environment.

  • •Proven ability to lead through others, including layered team structures.
  • •Demonstrated problem-solving skills focused on sustainable improvement.
