Radar Design Program Execution Section Leader

Lead a section of approximately 15 engineers within the Radar Mechanical Design Department, serving as the day-to-day liaison between team members and programs. Oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, and drive performance development, manpower planning, and career coaching. Provide technical oversight for mechanical engineering execution across program phases, act as an escalation point, and contribute to proposal activities while dedicating time to leadership and hands-on technical work.
