Key Responsibilities

•Analyze stock in trade, depletions, and competitive information to support customer reviews, market benchmarks, and forecasts.
•Support Sales & Marketing with sales strategies and brand/trade activations to achieve budget and improve brand awareness.
•Coordinate with Logistics and Sales to ensure quality of DRM and S&OP processes aligned to commercial plans for volume and value.
•Manage commercial reporting data and deliverables (sell-in, depletion, trade inventory, pricing, A&D and A&P) including Excel/Power BI/Polaris submissions and regional reporting.
•Support pricing, trade term management, A&P budget controlling/execution, conduct ROI evaluations, and coordinate commercial/investment projects and ad-hoc requests.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accountancy & Finance.
•3+ years of business partnering/business planning in commercial (Sales & Marketing) in a multinational company, preferably FMCG.
•Strong management reporting and analytical skills.
•Excellent communication with the ability to engage effectively with high-level stakeholders.
•Fluency in English; proficiency in Power BI and data structures is a plus.
