Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and own production LLM agent systems end-to-end, including safe failure behavior.
•Work on a real-time voice agent tackling conversational challenges like interruptions and mid-sentence tool calls.
•Shape and maintain the knowledge base structure, curation, and delivery so answers stay grounded as coverage grows.
•Run controlled experiments by measuring changes against thousands of replayed real conversations, promoting winners into production.
•Build and operate scalable backend services in TypeScript/Node on Kubernetes/AWS with deep observability, optimizing cost per conversation and model guardrails.
