Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead lab support operations across R&D laboratories, ensuring delivery of high-quality laboratory support services.
  • •Oversee stock management and stores operations, service continuity, and timely resolution of operational escalations.
  • •Act as primary interface for laboratory users, customers, suppliers, and support functions; lead customer meetings and governance reviews.
  • •Manage operational and financial processes, including cost journaling and cost centre cross-charging, and support evacuation/return-to-building processes.
  • •Drive service performance through reporting/metrics and lead lean initiatives, innovation, digital transformation, and AI-driven initiatives while ensuring compliance and safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
  • •Strong laboratory background with solid understanding of R&D and laboratory operations.
  • •Proven experience leading operational teams within a laboratory, scientific, pharmaceutical, or research environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Strong people leadership and team development experience, including KPI/metrics management and resource management.
