Lab Operations Manager

Lead laboratory support operations across R&D labs, ensuring high-quality service delivery, stock and store operations, and operational continuity. Manage service escalations, operational and financial processes, and KPI reporting using metrics and data analysis. Partner with laboratory users, customers, suppliers, and internal support functions through governance reviews and meetings.
