Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and tear down Risco Stuffer, Tipper-tie, Super Dice Stuffing table, and related pipes, valve stations, heaters, and equipment to produce pepperoni grind room product.
  • •Learn and operate equipment essential to producing product in the pepperoni grind room.
  • •Ensure sticks meet diameter and weight requirements, clips are secure, and no air is stuffed into casing.
  • •Follow Tyson/USDA safety and sanitation rules, use proper lifting techniques, wear appropriate PPE, and maintain good housekeeping.
  • •Operate pallet jack and perform production checks and duties to keep up with production demands.
