Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end incentive compensation administration, including plan communication/documentation, quota and attainment tracking, dispute resolution, and payout accuracy.
  • •Serve as operational owner for the field organization by independently resolving field issues and managing escalations with IT, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • •Optimize field team alignments, roster management, target lists, and sales allocations through cross-functional coordination to ensure data accuracy and timely execution.
  • •Lead Sales Operations functions including Veeva CRM administration, Power BI/reporting dashboards, fleet reimbursement, field credentialing, sponsorships, data warehouse processes, and master data management.
  • •Own the Sales Leadership Team and executive reporting cycle by preparing, validating, and delivering monthly and ad hoc commercial performance reporting and surfacing emerging trends.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive sales operations experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry with independent ownership of operational functions.
  • •Senior-level operations experience with full accountability for outcomes across field force operations, CRM administration, data stewardship, and sales leadership reporting.
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with experience using Veeva CRM and Power BI (or comparable BI platforms).
  • •Demonstrated ability to independently identify operational needs, design and implement improvements, and drive outcomes within your area of responsibility.
  • •Experience partnering with pharmaceutical field sales leadership and communicating credibly with executive-level stakeholders.
