  • •Manage at least two branch managers within a zone and adjust sales goals and procedures for each sales center.
  • •Assess local market conditions and identify sales opportunities to develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.
  • •Own branch P&L responsibility, conduct monthly reviews, and ensure goals and objectives are met.
  • •Hire, develop, and evaluate employees; implement and monitor policies for safe, efficient operations and safeguard company assets.
