Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the lead point of contact for USMC accounts focused on Voyager solutions, establishing and nurturing relationships.
  • •Manage day-to-day communications and urgent support needs for the Voyager product line, coordinating internal teams for rapid issue resolution.
  • •Drive solution adoption and growth by demonstrating mission value, identifying expansion opportunities, and developing account plans and proposals.
  • •Coordinate logistics and scheduling for product demonstrations, training, and field support visits; monitor operational status and usage data to flag issues.
  • •Forecast and track account metrics, prepare operational status reports, and ensure customer activities comply with contractual agreements and security protocols.
