Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure project execution and delivery meet customer expectations, contract requirements, on-time timelines, and quality with a strong safety mindset.
  • •Plan, track, and manage project scope through implementation and successful commissioning at the customer site.
  • •Identify, analyze, and manage risks; continuously track and update risk management documentation throughout delivery.
  • •Manage change across the project and negotiate change orders with customers and suppliers using a systematic approach.
  • •Own project status, performance, and forecasting reporting; manage project costing with accurate cost tracking and coordination for cost control.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Control, or Computer Engineering.
  • •Minimum 10 years of proven experience in process control industry and project management, with at least 5 years in PM capacity handling multiple system projects.
  • •Proven leadership with strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
  • •Strong commercial and financial competence, including forecasting and cost control.
  • •Proficiency in project tools and techniques (such as MS Project).
