Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning through closeout.
  • •Work with clients to define scope, delivery resources, cost estimates and budget, work plan schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Conduct request for proposals and bid evaluations, and recommend qualified delivery resources to clients.
  • •Implement project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity and coordinated, accurate, timely documentation.
  • •Direct the project delivery team, develop action plans to meet objectives/budget/schedule, track progress, report status/variances, and create risk mitigation and contingency plans.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience (or a combination of experience and education considered in lieu of a degree).
  • •LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
  • •Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information to deliver complex assignments.
  • •Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset and sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
