Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary point of contact for technical interface matters for BMS and light current systems, ensuring effective internal/external communication.
  • •Manage and coordinate technical interfaces across disciplines and project phases, supporting seamless integration and delivery on time and within budget.
  • •Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of projects aligned to project goals and technical requirements for BMS and light current systems.
  • •Monitor and track interface-related activities and issues; identify, mitigate, and resolve technical interface risks through discussions, reviews, and approvals.
  • •Support project closeout activities including VO/contractual claim input and follow-up on retention and defects liability punch-lists, while directing day-to-day operations and site safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •4-7 years of experience in project management and technical coordination for MEP mega projects, focused on FAS, BMS, ACS, CCTV, and ELV.
  • •Fluency in English.
  • •Proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and software such as MS Project and AutoCAD.
  • •Experience managing safety and safety management on large commercial and infrastructure projects.
