Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a welcoming, professional patient experience and support clinic goals through patient engagement and follow-up.
  • •Conduct consistent outbound calls to schedule hearing tests, consultations, and related appointments.
  • •Educate patients on hearing care products, services, accessories, and available solutions to drive retention and referrals.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with physicians, referral sources, community organizations, businesses, and senior groups to increase awareness and referrals.
  • •Schedule and confirm appointments, manage daily clinic scheduling, perform insurance benefit verification/authorization, provide first-level patient support, and process check-in/out and payments.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • •Strong sales and relationship-building skills to engage patients and build trust.
