Key Responsibilities

•Administer and maintain LMS systems, including configuration, learner access, and content publishing.
•Monitor data feeds from HRIS to ensure accurate synchronization and surface data-driven insights.
•Configure and manage automations for onboarding workflows and training assignments; troubleshoot LMS issues.
•Define and track key metrics for new course/program launches and build dashboards to monitor program performance.
•Collaborate with internal teams and vendors; produce documentation, SOPs, and QA checklists; support launches and ongoing optimization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 53.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience implementing, administering, or managing a Learning Management System (LMS).
•Experience applying AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate delivery of operational work including communications, documentation, and data analysis.
