Key Responsibilities

•Formulate card product strategies and implement marketing programmes to grow the card-in-force of Hang Seng credit cards and achieve KPI targets.
•Manage the portfolio of credit cards to grow the card base and usage, and assist in developing new product features to expand the portfolio and coordinate with internal departments to enhance customer experience.
•Maintain good relationships with external partners such as joint promotion partners and card schemes to solicit support and explore new business opportunities.
•Manage marketing budgets and product financials efficiently and effectively.
•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance card value propositions and oversee end-to-end product lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
•Minimum of 8 years’ working experience in credit card product management with at least 2 years in managerial grade.
•Strong business acumen and numeric sense.
•Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
•Great sense of ownership and ability to work independently with good problem solving skills.
