Partner with Ads Sales leadership to define and execute the long-term advertising strategy for the DACH markets. Build market views across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, translate trends into actionable recommendations, and lead annual and multi-year planning with FP&A. Support major initiatives with structured business cases, shape go-to-market differentiation, and drive data-driven monetization, yield, pricing, and standardized reporting for leadership updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the strategic partner to Ads Sales, defining long-term ads strategy for the DACH markets and translating it into annual and multi-year plans.
•Build and maintain a forward-looking view of German, Austrian, and Swiss advertising markets and identify long-term growth opportunities.
•Partner with FP&A and Finance & Strategy to lead long-term planning (market sizing, targets, investment cases, pricing/deal strategy).
•Support major DACH initiatives with structured analysis and executive-ready narratives.
•Lead monetization and yield analysis (CPM trends, inventory delivery, portfolio monetization), support pricing/deal decisions, and develop standardized reporting for regular business reviews.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience, ideally in management consulting, media strategy, or ad-tech (or equivalent relevant experience).
•Strong knowledge of the streaming advertising and ad-tech ecosystem, including programmatic and SSP/DSP relationships and auction dynamics.
•Ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models, size opportunities, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
•Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
•Fluency in German and English (written and verbal) and a bachelor’s or master’s degree with quantitative coursework (MBA a plus).
