Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage sales, discount, and margin planning for Singapore and Malaysia, owning quarterly outlooks and monthly forecasts.
  • •Track performance vs Plan, latest forecast, and Prior Year, explaining key drivers, gaps, and levers.
  • •Set gross margin targets and align assumptions with Global Finance and local Inventory Management while tracking delivery.
  • •Partner with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, and Operations to support decisions that drive sustainable, profitable growth.
  • •Create executive-ready presentations; model scenarios for growth initiatives and communicate risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
  • •7+ years of progressive experience in Retail Finance, FP&A, or business finance, ideally in retail/consumer products or omnichannel.
  • •Strong experience in sales, discount, and margin planning, forecasting, and performance analysis with business case development.
  • •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modeling and executive presentation; SAP, Hyperion, MicroStrategy, and Power BI experience is preferred.
  • •Comfort using modern analytical/productivity tools, including AI, and strong stakeholder management to influence cross-functional action.
