Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as discipline lead in structural engineering on multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Perform structural design calculations and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

  • •Provide recommendations and make technical decisions on high-impact issues.
  • •Mentor engineers and technicians and review work produced by the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil or construction engineering
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in structural design
  • •Active member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
  • •Experience in 3D design and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • •Bilingual (French and English) with strong communication skills and willingness to travel occasionally
