Job Summary

Lead structural engineering for heavy resources projects in Lévis, overseeing discipline responsibilities, performing design calculations, and developing plans for industrial structures. Key Responsibilities

•Act as discipline lead in structural engineering on multidisciplinary projects.
•Perform structural design calculations and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
•Contribute to the design of plans, specifications, and details for new or existing industrial structures.
•Provide recommendations and make technical decisions on high-impact issues.
•Mentor engineers and technicians and review work produced by the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 103,500 - 137,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in civil or construction engineering
•Minimum 10 years of experience in structural design
•Active member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
•Experience in 3D design and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•Bilingual (French and English) with strong communication skills and willingness to travel occasionally
