Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of team SOWs within C-Worker, including fiscal year setup, amendments, and modifications.
  • •Lead quarterly staff planning, ensure budget alignment, and manage end-to-end O/S budgets and contracts for accurate forecasting.
  • •Serve as the main interface between external vendors and SiOps management, translating staffing requirements into O/S support strategies.
  • •Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to supervise service quality and identify opportunities to optimize and improve programs.
  • •Partner with Global Procurement Services and the SiOps Chief of Staff to drive operational initiatives and support organization scaling.
