Construction Project Manager (Starlink)

Lead and execute multi-discipline civil, structural, and utility construction projects at the Starlink facility, from scope definition and cost estimation to contracting, scheduling, and approvals. Manage vendors, coordinate with end users and internal teams, and drive on-site construction activities to ensure on-time, under-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality in Bastrop/Austin area facilities.
