Lead the AI algorithm team by planning and executing core directions across intelligent customer service, LLM (GPT) applications, and personalized recommendations. Drive exploration of cutting-edge AI technologies and AI Native development practices, and help build an AI platform that consolidates algorithm capabilities with engineering infrastructure. Partner with product and business teams to translate AI into business value, recruit and grow algorithm talent, and set technical standards.

•Lead technical planning and execution of the AI algorithm team across intelligent customer service, LLM (GPT) applications, and personalized recommendations.
•Drive exploration of cutting-edge AI technologies and champion AI Native development practices to improve R&D efficiency.
•Develop an AI platform consolidating algorithmic capabilities and engineering infrastructure.
•Collaborate with product and business teams to translate AI capabilities into tangible business value.
•Recruit and develop algorithm talent, establishing team technical culture and engineering standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
•5+ years of AI/ML algorithm engineering experience, with 2+ years in team management.
•Proven hands-on experience in intelligent customer service, AIGC, or related areas.
•Deep expertise in recommendation systems, including recall, ranking, and re-ranking, with experience deploying large-scale online recommendation systems.
•Hands-on experience with LLM productionization including Prompt Engineering, RAG, Fine-tuning, and Agent frameworks, with real-world business application cases.
