Direct Retail and Store Operations Manager

Lead and develop Dyson’s direct retail stores across the Nordics, owning performance, growth, and operational excellence. Drive best-in-class retail standards spanning customer service, visual merchandising, compliance, inventory management, and brand presentation. Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and partner cross-functionally to deliver initiatives, product launches, campaigns, and promotions. Build store-team capability, develop succession plans, and evaluate expansion opportunities to deliver end-to-end store openings aligned with Dyson’s strategy.
