Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop Dyson’s direct retail stores to achieve commercial, customer experience, and operational KPIs across the Nordics.
  • •Drive consistent retail standards including customer service, visual merchandising, compliance, inventory management, and brand presentation.
  • •Monitor and analyze retail performance to improve sales, conversion, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • •Lead people management by coaching Store Managers and retail teams, building succession plans and supporting learning with the Training Team.
  • •Develop and execute retail strategies, assess expansion opportunities, and build business cases to lead approved store openings end-to-end.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven multi-site retail management experience (5+ years), ideally in premium consumer or technology.

  • •Fluency in a Nordic language and English.
