Thermal Engineer - 7 to 10 yrs

Own thermal design and validation for complex electro-mechanical hardware used in central office networking products and outdoor mobility equipment. Lead small-scale mechanical engineering projects, collaborate with manufacturing and cross-functional stakeholders, and perform tolerance analyses, FMEA, and thermal simulations (with supervision as needed). Plan and execute test/verification activities, optimize thermal solutions, compile BOMs, and help drive design improvements that improve quality and reduce assembly cost.
