Conduct competitor benchmarking and market intelligence research covering pricing, incentives, and commercial strategies. Analyze product offerings and pricing, develop business cases and comparative presentations, and coordinate stakeholder alignment to inform commercial decision-making across the free zone.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor regional and global industry trends across free zones, e-commerce, logistics, commercial real estate, digital commerce, and business setup sectors.
•Conduct benchmarking studies and prepare market intelligence reports on competitors, pricing structures, incentives, and commercial strategies.
•Identify new opportunities by tracking emerging business models, product types, and customer demands.
•Support product and pricing strategy by performing pricing studies and commercial assessments for existing and proposed products, services, and facilities.
•Coordinate internal stakeholders and prepare business cases, benchmarking reports, presentations, and internal memos to support strategic recommendations and approvals.

Key Requirements

•Prior experience in free zones, business setup, commercial strategy, product management, pricing, consulting, or business growth roles preferred.
•Strong analytical and research capabilities.
•Experience preparing commercial studies, pricing analyses, and strategic reports.
•Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
•Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting reports and memos.
