Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment/systems and control circuits, including Three Phase Motors and PLC applications.
  • •Install electrical wiring and equipment, replace/repair wiring (including computer cable), and perform electrical services.
  • •Schedule work orders and projects using the enterprise asset management system.
  • •Perform minor and major repairs of buildings and equipment; maintain and repair bundlers and machine parts and make dies.
  • •Collaborate with process development and advanced manufacturing engineering teams to improve manufacturing equipment and processes and help reduce downtime and improve quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience.
  • •AS degree (or equivalent) in Electronics, Electrical Controls, or Industrial Engineering/Technology (plus).
  • •Experience troubleshooting PLC ladder logic with strong problem-solving skills.
  • •Excellent experience with AC/DC servo drives, stepper motors, and VFDs.
  • •Experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens is highly desirable.
