Provide timely, efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling assigned funds. Deliver high-quality client service by understanding financial needs, educating customers on digital self-service (ATMs, Online and Mobile Banking), and supporting sales through outbound calling and identifying opportunities. Partner with teams via Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to resolve issues, support new account openings, and uphold internal controls, operational procedures, and risk policies.
