Help clients navigate trading tools and multi-asset strategies, and troubleshoot issues across account management, funding, and trading activity. Partner with technology, risk, and operations to deliver a seamless client experience, while continuously identifying improvements to processes and tools. Resolve client concerns with speed and thoroughness.
