Key Responsibilities

  • •Build agents on Bedrock (Amazon Nova and other foundation models) for document generation, data validation, and case intake use cases.
  • •Implement Fargate task logic using established service patterns (mail-triggered and chatbot-triggered tasks).
  • •Integrate with Microsoft Graph API for Teams-based delivery, including message/file handling and callback delivery of outputs.
  • •Write and maintain prompt/agent configurations with guardrails for regulated activity, including escalation paths for non-standard cases.
  • •Own document-processing pipelines and tune extraction accuracy against KPI baselines before production handover, coordinating with QA/compliance for audit trail needs.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years software engineering experience, including 3+ years building LLM-based applications (prompt engineering, RAG, agent orchestration frameworks).
  • •Working knowledge of AWS Bedrock APIs, Python, and event-driven service patterns (SQS/SNS consumers).
  • •4+ years document processing/OCR/IDP experience, including hands-on work with AWS Textract or equivalent and Azure Document Intelligence.
  • •Build and validate agent outputs against accuracy and turnaround-time KPIs, using unit and integration tests.
  • •Experience with financial services or regulated documents is preferred.
