  • •Process assigned payroll activities accurately and on time in support of payroll services.
  • •Administer and process payroll and HR services systems activities.
  • •Provide administrative assistance for regulation alignment to ensure compliant payroll processing (taxation and legislation).
  • •Perform systems and documentation management to ensure compliance with payroll records and documentation requirements.
  • •Escalate and analyze identified issues, support audit-related activities, and maintain/refresh SOP/DTP and process documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant payroll work experience.
  • •Experience processing US and Canada (or similar) region payroll, with exposure to end-to-end payroll processing.
  • •Experience with high-volume/high-headcount payroll processing.
  • •Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of HR processes and procedures.
  • •Experience using payroll systems such as Empower/Easy Pay, ADP, Global View, Celegro, or Workday (Oracle experience is a plus).
