Job Summary

Architect and lead CCaaS solutions on the Genesys Cloud platform, translating design requirements into robust application solutions, coordinating with clients and project managers, and mentoring a team of developers and QA analysts to deliver on time and within scope. You’ll ensure standards compliance, perform testing, deploy solutions, and drive ongoing improvements for customer-facing CX applications.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate design requirements into application solutions for customers, ensuring alignment with team and practice standards and best practices.
•Communicate with project manager or client to identify application requirements and ensure solutions meet client and project standards.
•Lead core PureCloud handler development and maintenance, monitor system errors, and participate in on-call rotation.
•Mentor a group of CCaaS developers and quality analysts, providing technical guidance and training.
•Forecast utilization and consulting revenue, and participate in interviewing candidates and making hiring recommendations.

•Strong experience architecting CCaaS solutions on Genesys Cloud (PureCloud)
•Ability to translate client requirements into implemented applications and ensure standards
•Experience leading a technical team (developers and QA analysts) and mentoring staff
