Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related) with 4 years’ experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 6 years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer in commercial construction or heavy equipment.
  • •4 years of experience including tolerance stack-up analysis, GD&T, CAD (Solidworks), welded structures, and FEA (ANSYS).
  • •3 years of experience including DFX, DFMEA, and industry safety/quality standards.
  • •Experience with DAQ and hydraulic measuring equipment, designing jigs and fixtures for production, and working with electric and hydraulic diagrams and schematics.
  • •Ability to support testing plans/procedures for new products involving welded steel structures, hydraulic circuits, and wiring harnesses.
