Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the PR Director, EMEA with PR operations including editorial calendar, content, execution, reporting, and PR agency coordination.
  • •Focus on EMEA partner PR, regional speaking opportunities, and media awards.
  • •Contribute to regional and local communications by promoting press releases, blog posts, and other materials.
  • •Collaborate with PR agencies and help manage day-to-day execution for EMEA PR programs.
  • •Monitor inbound media requests, organize briefings/interviews/events, maintain media relationships, develop story ideas, and support executive spokespeople.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 41,000 - 56,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing (preferred).
  • •3–5 years of B2B tech PR experience (in-house or agency) focused on the EMEA region.
  • •Translate complex technology into clear, compelling narratives with strong writing and verbal communication.
  • •Strong project management, sharp execution, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • •Fluency in one or more European languages alongside English, ideally Spanish and/or Italian; familiarity with leveraging AI tools for workflows and content creation.
