Key Responsibilities

•Partner with account management and internal stakeholders to onboard strategic merchants onto TikTok Shop and support post-onboarding troubleshooting for high-priority merchants.
•Act as a trusted technical advisor to guide merchants through discovery, design, and implementation of 1st-party apps, 3rd-party apps, and API integrations.
•Provide expert guidance on integration patterns and best practices using in-depth knowledge of TikTok Shop’s apps and APIs to support end-to-end integrations.
•Align merchants, technology partners, and system integrators to implement successful integrations across macro and micro design phases while ensuring adherence to integration standards and governance.
•Collaborate with merchants, internal technical support, and engineering teams to diagnose and resolve customer issues, and capture learnings to inform the product roadmap.

Key Requirements

•Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with local stakeholders; fluent in at least one of Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or Polish.
•Bachelor's degree or above, with preferably 3+ years of experience in product operations, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architect, Customer Success, or similar roles for enterprise clients.
•Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and system integrations, including integration patterns, best practices, and common technology stacks.
•Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple integration workstreams and deliver against timelines in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to analyse technical concepts, translate them into business terms, and map business requirements to technical solutions.
