•Lead the Trust & Safety program and manage a team of specialists responding to escalated support tickets across ClassDojo’s products.
•Evolve the Trust & Safety framework with product and engineering by landing policies, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
•Identify patterns from tickets and turn them into product, process, and policy improvements.
•Uplevel the team with improved training materials, updated help center content, and onboarding for new team members.
•Partner with legal, product, and leadership to respond to sensitive incidents, including running post-mortems that drive shipped improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 102,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years leading Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, Integrity Operations, or related functions at a consumer technology platform.
•Experience responding to escalated customer requests in a fast-growing environment, using tools like Zendesk.
•Experience leading Trust & Safety, including building policies, managing a queue of work, standing up new capabilities, and partnering with vendors.
•Ability to triage incident types no one has seen before, document new protocols, and train others.
•Clear, calm communication with legal, product, and company leadership about sensitive incidents.
