Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Partner with stakeholders to define scope and architect scalable implementations, while providing technical leadership to junior consultants. Customize and configure ServiceNow, integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP and MID Servers, and perform code reviews, performance tuning, and security/compliance checks. Support pre-sales with solutioning, demos, and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices while maintaining platform integrity.
•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools, including code reviews and performance/security/compliance checks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•7+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform (development and administration).
•Proven experience delivering successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Strong ServiceNow architecture and data model understanding.
•Hands-on ability to customize/configure ServiceNow and build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
