Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the quality engineering charter, including automation strategy, test framework ownership, performance validation, release quality, and continuous improvement.
  • •Own and evolve the Automation Suite framework to ensure scalability, reliability, maintainability, and ease of extension across functional, regression, integration, and API test scenarios.
  • •Define automation best practices, coding standards, reusable utilities, test data strategies, reporting mechanisms, and execution patterns to improve productivity and reduce manual validation.
  • •Build and strengthen performance test suites for key workflows, scalability/load scenarios, reliability checks, and performance regression detection.
  • •Troubleshoot Kubernetes-based deployments using observability (Datadog, logs, metrics, traces) and support customer escalations by reproducing issues, analyzing telemetry, validating fixes, and adding automated coverage to prevent recurrence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields with 7+ years in quality engineering, test automation, performance testing, and technical leadership.
  • •Hands-on experience designing, developing, maintaining, and scaling automation frameworks for API, UI, integration, regression, and end-to-end test coverage.
  • •Proven ability to lead an Automation Suite framework: framework architecture, reusable components, orchestration, reporting, maintainability, and adoption across engineers.
  • •Strong performance testing skills including load/scalability testing, baseline creation, bottleneck identification, trend analysis, and performance regression validation.
  • •Practical troubleshooting and observability skills in Kubernetes environments, using tools like Datadog and logging frameworks to perform root-cause analysis.
