Job Summary

Define and evolve enterprise target-state architectures for AI across business capabilities and technology platforms, turning strategy into scalable, governable AI capabilities. Partner with the Chief Data & Analytics Officer to align AI architecture with data strategy, governance, and delivery execution. Establish AI roadmaps and repeatable implementation patterns (including agent orchestration and human-in-the-loop), embed security/privacy/regulatory compliance, and produce executive-ready architectural artifacts.

Key Responsibilities

•Define enterprise target-state AI architectures across capabilities, value streams, operating model implications, and supporting technology platforms.
•Partner with the CDAO organization to align AI architecture with enterprise data strategy, analytics platforms, governance frameworks, and responsible AI standards.
•Develop and maintain enterprise AI roadmaps across operations and digital, including CRM, Salesforce, and partner ecosystems.
•Establish repeatable AI implementation patterns, including agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop designs, integration approaches, and AI lifecycle management.
•Embed responsible AI, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance into architecture designs and create executive-ready architectural artifacts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,500 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, or related roles, including 5+ years at enterprise or cross-domain scope.
•Experience with enterprise, business, or solution architecture in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
•Ability to translate business strategy into architecture artifacts such as capability models, value streams, operating models, and solution blueprints.
•Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative and agentic AI, applied to business or operational contexts.
•Track record of defining architecture standards and patterns that enable scalable, repeatable delivery.
