Key Responsibilities

•Be the first point of contact for the client and, when needed, manage subcontractors
•Configure, program, calibrate and test rule-based HVAC and building management installations
•Perform maintenance and troubleshoot control systems (HVAC/energy)
•Contribute to energy-saving measures for clients and the environment
•Create measurement reports and provide client-facing recommendations based on results

Key Requirements

•Minimum mbo level diploma in electrotechnics, cooling technology, mechatronics or IT (or equivalent)
•Customer-oriented with strong communication and analytical skills
•Knowledge of building automation and basic servers/network technology

•Willingness to perform on-call/standby maintenance and work under time pressure
