Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive vehicles through auction lanes on sale day in a safe manner.
  • •Drive vehicles to/from designated areas on auction premises and to/from customer dealerships and businesses, following rules of the road and auction driving rules.
  • •Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed; move vehicles as needed and locate lost vehicles.
  • •Assist with getting vehicles operating as needed, including inflating tires and jump-starting vehicles if necessary.
  • •Assist customers and coworkers as needed and perform other duties as assigned by management; may work overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license required; safe driving with constant entry and exit of vehicles.
  • •Ability to walk long distances and stand/reach/talk/hear regularly throughout the shift.
  • •Ability to lift 1–15 pounds and perform frequent movements including stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, squatting, and climbing.
  • •Vision abilities required (close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment).
  • •High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous auction experience and the ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles preferred.
