Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents to help ensure meals run smoothly
  • •Assist the chefs to plate meals, prepare food trolleys and keep preparation areas clean and tidy
  • •Monitor stock rotation and follow COSHH and HACPP guidelines
  • •Assist with catering for special events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties
  • •Work with the wider kitchen and care home teams, communicating effectively with residents and colleagues

Key Requirements
