Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide maintenance services for structures and fixtures, including carpentry repairs, wall coverings, flooring replacements, and painting surface preparation.
  • •Handle basic electrical and plumbing work, repair/maintain hot water heaters and appliances, and report unsafe electrical conditions.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance on branches and equipment on a scheduled basis, including basic HVAC knowledge and repairs.
  • •Respond to safety and operational concerns and emergency situations during and after hours, while maintaining clean, safe, and orderly work sites.
  • •Maintain tools, materials, and an assigned vehicle; complete service tickets in ServiceNow; maintain paperwork/receipts and protect assigned laptop computer.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or GED plus specialized schooling/on-the-job education in a specific skill area, with 5 years related experience and/or training.
  • •Perform basic rough and finished carpentry repairs for structures and fixtures (e.g., partitions, walls, doors, fences, roofs, shelves).
  • •Complete basic electrical repairs for switches, outlets, plugs, cables, appliances, and lighting systems.
  • •Identify and perform basic plumbing repairs (leaks/breaks, clogged lines/drains, minor parts/seals) and maintain hot water heaters and appliances.
  • •Valid driver’s license and the ability to read blueprints, maintain work logs/service requests, and respond to emergencies safely.
