Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring superior offboarding experiences and legal compliance.
  • •Provide first-level employee relations support, including preliminary assessment of workplace concerns and guidance on progressive discipline and documentation.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, separations, and settlement negotiations.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining employee records with strict privacy and confidentiality.
  • •Drive process improvements and initiatives, including automation/AI opportunities, and act as first point of informal escalation by mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Strong background independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline approaches, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, conduct research, and translate findings into usable guidance for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Advanced written and spoken English, plus demonstrated communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills (confidentiality required).
