Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and lead a corporate EH&S governance program to support company growth.
  • •Develop and maintain enterprise-wide EH&S policies, standards, governance, and management systems across facilities.
  • •Own corporate EH&S compliance, regulatory reporting, audits, documentation, and regulatory agency relationships.
  • •Establish EH&S governance processes, metrics, and executive reporting to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Partner with Facilities and other teams to administer EH&S programs, oversee emergency preparedness and corporate security programs, and implement preventive improvements based on trends, incidents, and audit findings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of progressive EH&S experience, including leadership of corporate EH&S programs or compliance initiatives.
  • •Experience developing and implementing enterprise EH&S policies, governance, and compliance programs.
  • •Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • •Experience managing regulatory compliance, audits, reporting, and corrective actions.
  • •CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar professional certification.
