Key Responsibilities

•Own and expand Middesk's AI-powered RevOps capabilities, identifying, building, and scaling workflows that reduce manual work and accelerate GTM execution.
•Use tools like Claude, Salesforce, Gong, BigQuery, and Slack to build internal tools, automations, and prompt-driven systems that improve how revenue teams operate.
•Design and automate core operational processes, including business planning, reporting, and ongoing GTM operations management — with AI as the primary driver
•Build AI-assisted analysis frameworks to surface win/loss trends, competitive insights, and sales performance signals faster and at greater depth than traditional approaches
•Develop automated reporting that connects product usage metrics to revenue outcomes, including consumption trends, activation rates, and expansion cohorts

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 125,000 annually
