Coach, support, and retain Compass real estate agents by leading an agent portfolio and partnering with local Sales Management. •Lead and manage an agent portfolio by motivating, coaching, and mentoring sales agents using Compass’s platform.
•Provide strategic and operational guidance to the local Sales Management team and support agent retention and culture-building.
•Run regular office-wide agent meetings for growth planning, performance reviews, and policy and market updates.
•Track and monitor key metrics that drive revenue and improve efficiency.
•Partner with Business Development and support agents in pitching new business opportunities and completing annual contract renewals.

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually
