Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement AI solutions from design through deployment and continuous improvement.
  • •Build AI applications across Generative AI, predictive modeling, and analytics depending on business priority.
  • •Perform data preparation, EDA, model development, testing, and evaluation.
  • •Deploy and support AI services and pipelines on Azure with focus on reliability and performance.
  • •Work with business teams (claims, underwriting, sales, operations) and contribute to documentation and engineering best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years in AI/ML engineering or software engineering with strong ML exposure.
  • •Strong Python and software engineering skills APIs/services, testing, maintainability
  • •Strong understanding of ML fundamentals and practical AI evaluation (for both GenAI and classical ML)
  • •Experience working on Azure or similar cloud; Experience with Azure AI services or deployment tools
  • •Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps practices (monitoring, CI/CD, model lifecycle management)
