Lead full-cycle recruiting for entry-level through mid-level roles across multiple communications disciplines. Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from outreach through onboarding, provide market and talent advisory insights, and manage recruiting operations in Greenhouse and other systems using AI-enabled recruiting tools and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead full-cycle recruitment for entry-level through mid-level positions across multiple communications disciplines.
•Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruitment strategies.
•Source, screen, assess, and present top talent, building diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
•Deliver a high-touch, “white glove” candidate experience and maintain long-term relationships with prospective candidates.
•Manage candidate activity and requisitions in Greenhouse and other talent systems, using AI tools and talent analytics to improve outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40,000 - 85,000 annually

Schedule:4-Day Week

Key Requirements

•3-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
•Experience recruiting within a PR, communications, marketing, advertising, consulting, or professional services organization.
•PR agency recruiting experience is highly desirable.
•Experience recruiting across multiple U.S. markets and talent pools, managing multiple searches simultaneously.
•Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse, plus recruiting technologies such as Metaview, Crosschq, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
