Financial Controller

Build and run the control, reporting, and accounting engine, working at the core of how the business accounts for production, capital, payroll, and share options. Own the month-end close and reconciliations, produce reliable management and statutory reporting, and help implement and run an ERP. Establish audit-ready controls and lead external audit, partnering with engineering and manufacturing to ensure production data is controlled, reconciled, and auditable.
