Key Responsibilities

•Run paid search and paid social end to end across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and emerging AI surfaces like ChatGPT ads.
•Automate the day-to-day by building agents and automations that read performance, pace and shift budgets, and flag issues before they cost.
•Scale paid social through creative by maintaining a diversified asset pipeline and determining what creative to push when.
•Use DSPs (DV360, Criteo, or The Trade Desk) for prospecting, retargeting, and new inventory while maintaining efficiency.
•Protect the signal by building and debugging tracking (server-side/CAPI, pixels, cookies, consent, deduplication) and writing incrementality-focused queries.

Key Requirements

•7+ years running paid search and paid social, with budget ownership across Google and Meta and familiarity with Microsoft Ads.
•Experience with at least one DSP such as DV360, Criteo, or The Trade Desk.
•Automation-led mindset: build automations for reporting, budget pacing, or optimization using platform APIs and self-serve data.
•Ability to scale paid social through creative, maintaining an efficient diversified asset pipeline.
•Strong technical depth in data analytics, data engineering, or tracking and measurement.
