Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor authorization TPF and OVN consoles and provide first-level response to mitigate issues affecting authorization systems.
  • •Operate and support Visa authorization systems in a multi-datacenter, multi-processing environment.
  • •Track, update, and resolve assigned incidents, changes, and problem tickets in the service management system while maintaining high-quality documentation.
  • •Escalate incidents in a timely manner per support guidelines and collaborate with L2/L3 support and development groups to resolve incidents and problems.
  • •Provide day-to-day operational coordination, inter-team communications, and on-shift escalation, including supervision/oversight of other on-shift analysts.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years with an advanced degree.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Hands-on support experience with critical applications such as IBM TPF (or equivalent real-time operating systems).
  • •Experience supporting distributed systems on Linux using Kubernetes and Kafka, plus strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
